Muswell Hill

The works included a back-to-brick refurbishment, internal reconfiguration, and a new rear extension. Key upgrades comprised a new kitchen and bathroom, full M&E installation including underfloor heating, replacement of all windows and doors, internal finishes and decoration, and new external patios.

MATTR Projects were involved from the early design stages, coordinating with the architect and structural engineer, securing planning permission, and managing Party Wall Awards. We then delivered the full project on site as Main Contractor, overseeing all trades and ensuring high-quality execution through to completion.
