Our Role
MATTR Projects provided the client with feasibility stage cost advice and pre-construction services, including Cost Plans at each design stage and a Detailed Schedule of Works / Pricing Schedule to support tendering and the appointment of a Principal Contractor. We are delivering a comprehensive on-site Project Management and Quantity Surveying service for the duration of the project.
